Description

Invar Atlas enables two-way intergration of Microsoft Dynamics AX with MS Office tools (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook)  While working in the Office application, the user of Invar Atlas has the possibility to retrieve any information directly from Microsoft Dynamics AX database, as well as to import data stored in MS Office tools to the ERP system.
Additionally the integration mentioned above functions on-line, the user always has the access to current data (in contrast to OLAP cube, updated on the basis of a fixed schedule).
It also means that it is enough to create the document and fill it in with data, afterwards it is only needed to refresh it in order to get the current data.

Examples of use:

•    Gathering data from Dynamics AX to conduct multidimensional analysis with the drill down option as well as pivot table functionality and data visualization.
•    Exporting sales data from Dynamics AX, statistical analysis and processing, and  importing them back as forecasting data for the next period - everything just in one MS Excel file.
•    Downloading collective data to multilingual report, which can be made accessible for the foreign contractors or within the capital group.
•    Generating automatic correspondence on the basis of actual data from the system ( interest notes, reminders)   - integration with MS Word.
•    Putting data from Microsoft Dynamics to MS Powerpoint presentation presented periodically for example on the team’s meetings or presentations for the Board.
